How do I schedule an appointment?

To reserve your session, simply scroll down and select the service you desire to start scheduling. For additional inquiries, contact me to submit an email request. To better service you, please include your name along with the date and time of your desired appointment type. Please allow up to 24 hours for an inquiry response.

How long does makeup application take?

Makeup applications can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour & an a half, depending on the client and what kind of look they are requesting.

Is a deposit required to secure an appointment?

No. Although accurate card information is required to book an appointment, there will be no charge unless you choose to pay the full amount for your appointment when booking.

**Services are by appointment only, if you are unable to make it to your appointment there will be a 48 hour requirement for cancelling with a $20 cancel fee. Without notification of your cancellation, I lose the ability to accommodate another client & therefore will charge the full cost of your service to the card you have on file. No-Shows will be charged the full cost of the booked service. In the event of inclement weather, the makeup artist will discuss rescheduling with the client.

Do I have to provide any cosmetic products?

No, you are not required to bring any cosmetic products. We will provide all products, however if you have a special foundation or lip color you would like to use, you are more than welcome to bring it along.

What if I'm allergic to certain makeup products?

If you have any allergies to makeup products, please inform the makeup artist at the time of booking. Coco Moore Makeup will not be held liable if unaware of allergies or skin sensitivities, resulting in an allergic reaction. All products and brushes used are sanitized prior to and following each individual makeup application. 

Do you do makeup for weddings and large parties?

Yes, I am currently accepting appointments for weddings and large parties. If you are interested in booking Coco Moore for a wedding party please submit an inquiry including the date, time and size of party. I recommend scheduling an appointment at least 6-8 months in advance. 

Do you recommend a bridal consultation?

A makeup consultation is required for weddings, as it is a time when availability and pricing is discussed. They can be booked online. If you'd like more information, please see the Bridal FAQ page.


What form of payment do you accept?

All clients have the option to pay their balance in full at the time of booking or to pay with cash or card at the time of the appointment. There is a very small processing fee associated with all card transactions. 

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! In addition to random discounts that are usually announced via email and our Social Media pages, I also offer birthday month discounts and a pretty good referral special! Whenever someone you refer comes in for a service, you will receive a $5 voucher to be used towards any service within fourteen (14) days!

*Birthdays must be verified by license. *Your referral client must state when booking that they were referred by you. Client has to book and attend their session for you to receive your voucher. **Only one discount/voucher can be used per booking.

Where are you located?

Coco Moore is located in Homewood, AL. The exact address will be given immediately after booking your appointment or you can search "Coco Moore Makeup" in Google Maps for accurate driving directions.

Do you travel?

Yes, additional fees are required for the convenience of onsite services and should be added on at the time of scheduling an appointment.
